Description
The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District is issuing a Request for Qualifications to prequalify contractors to bid on and perform infiltration and inflow reduction work on residential private properties included in publicly procured contracts. The opportunity concerns municipal sewer-system improvement work performed through the district’s contractor prequalification process. The submission requires a completed Attachment 1 fillable PDF, a sample certificate of insurance, a bonding capacity certification letter, and financial statements. The solicitation documents include the request for qualifications, an application for evaluation of contractors, a contractor evaluation process, and a sample approved-contractor memorandum of understanding.
