Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for three packages of disposable, sterile, polyester-tipped applicators with wood shafts, each six inches long and 0.083 inches in diameter. Each package contains 100 applicators, for a total quantity of three packages, under NSN 6515-01-507-7279 and manufacturer part number 59103. The item is identified as FDA-regulated and associated with McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc.; alternate offers require complete technical data and source and part-number information. Supplies must have a 60-month shelf life, with no more than nine months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Delivery is FOB destination within five days after order, with destination inspection and acceptance.
