Description
Bowie Unified School District 14 is seeking quotes for 1 Gbps internet access and data transmission service for two eligible entities. Installation and initial configuration are indicated. Quotes must itemize ineligible costs and include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax; pricing must remain valid for the contract term. The service provider must offer the applicant a choice of SPI or BEAR invoicing and comply with the stated FCC Lowest Corresponding Price and covered-equipment restrictions. The procurement is not a formal sealed bid/RFP process. For proposed contracts shorter than 60 months, the quote should provide for annual one-year or month-to-month extensions at the applicant’s discretion, not to exceed 60 months. Quotes exceeding $100,000 must be linked to an eligible state master, cooperative, or consortium contract.
