Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a contractor to overhaul, upgrade, repair, test, inspect, and return oscilloscopes to a ready-for-issue condition. The identified item is part number 016782841 and NSN 8020-11-107-5131. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, and test equipment required for the work, unless specifically identified as government-furnished material. Repairs must follow approved contractor repair publications, drawings, and technical documentation. The contractor must maintain repair procedures, testing and inspection procedures, configuration management, quality controls meeting ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 requirements, an acceptable calibration system, and enclosed warehouse storage. The required repair turnaround time is 119 days after receipt of each asset. The contractor must identify the repair source and actual work location, and perform repairs at the identified facility.
