Description
Draper City is soliciting construction bids for repairs and improvements at South Mountain Golf Course. The work includes storm water pollution prevention, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment fill, untreated base course, drainage swales, concrete paths, removal and modification of drainage structures, erosion restoration and long-term erosion control, concrete bollards and chain, pipe anchors, inlet and outlet structures, 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe, and flared end sections. The plans also require construction of an access road to an existing basin and associated drainage improvements. The bidder must submit pricing through the online bid table, a questionnaire and statement of qualifications, a 5% bid bond, and a list of subcontractors. The selected contractor will provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price, and insurance before contract execution. Work must begin within 10 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and be completed within 90 calendar days of commencement. The golf course will remain open during construction, and golf cart access must be maintained.
