Description
Stuttgart Public School District is seeking Category Two managed internal broadband services for leased network equipment. Project A covers one Cisco ISR4331/K9 firewall service and components. Project B covers 42 Meraki MS125-24P-HW switches, five Meraki MS125-48LP-HW switches, and 127 Meraki MR46 wireless access points. Bidders must submit a complete bid for Project A and/or Project B and include the required C2 Cover Page. Generic price lists, incomplete project bids, and noncompliant submissions may be disqualified. The selected provider must participate in the E-rate program, provide a valid SPIN, offer the lowest corresponding price, permit SPIN changes, and allow the applicant to choose between SPI and BEAR discount methods. Any applicable fees, surcharges, and taxes must be identified. Contracts are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
