Description
The U.S. Army is conducting market research for sources capable of manufacturing M82 setback pins in accordance with Drawing 13-19-166, Revision F, dated December 22, 2015. The technical data package is restricted; access will require the vendor’s registered Data Custodian to request access through the government posting, and active Joint Certification Program registration via DD Form 2345 is required. The anticipated future requirement is projected as a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and one option year using range pricing. The anticipated base-year quantity is 46,000 units, with an option quantity projected at fewer than 3,000 units. First Article Testing will be required. Respondents must provide company and business information, manufacturing location, JCP status, demonstrated machining and quality-assurance capability, production capacity for surge and low-volume runs, minimum economic order quantity, and estimated production and first-article-testing lead times.
