The Quebec Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility is soliciting an on-demand contract for the recovery, transportation, and disposal of dead animals within the territories served by its Saint-Hyacinthe and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu service centres. Bidders must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by the applicable trade agreements. The estimated contract period is 36 months. This is an open competitive Request for Proposal, and the solicitation is identified as being subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
