Description
Clarke County, on behalf of its government and public schools, is seeking snow clearing services for multiple government and school locations during the 2026–2027 winter season. The scope includes site-specific snow clearing, plowing, and snow relocation for larger snow events, with pricing requested for rubber-tire backhoes, dump trucks, tractor-powered snow blowers, four-wheel-drive trucks with plows, and other available equipment with operators. The contractor must provide sufficient equipment and qualified operators for continuous snow removal when directed, respond within three hours of notification, and provide guaranteed response-time information, equipment availability, a 24-hour contact, and pricing by location and equipment type. The County may split the award among multiple contractors, provides no guaranteed work, and may renew the contract for up to five additional one-year periods. The quote package requires the Quote Form, Reference Form for four recent similar projects, Company Certification Form, and a sample certificate of insurance.
