Description

Washington County Free Library is soliciting a complete turnkey replacement of its existing Cisco Meraki-based network infrastructure and UPS systems. The scope includes indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi 7 access points, network switches, branch and central security appliances, cellular teleworker gateways, central and branch UPS systems, and all required hardware, accessories, optics, power components, mounting materials, and five-year licensing or subscriptions. The selected contractor must provide discovery, staging, configuration, migration, installation, cutover, testing, documentation, training, removal or recycling of replaced equipment as directed, and final acceptance support. Proposals must include detailed line-item pricing, E-rate eligibility information, a valid SPIN, technical and implementation plans, comparable project references, personnel qualifications, warranty and support details, subcontractor information, and any proposed deviations or equivalent products. The contract is contingent on library approval and applicable E-rate funding; the RFP requires a mandatory bidder conference/site walkthrough and permits paper or electronic proposal submission.
