Description
The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority is requesting qualification statements and proposals from firms to provide harbor and outfall monitoring services under the Harbor and Outfall Monitoring 2027–2030 project, MWRA Contract No. OP-538. The procurement contains two separate scopes of work, and firms may submit for either one scope or both. The complete RFQ/P will be available through the MWRA Supplier Portal. Firms must register on the portal and join the Plan Holders' List to access the documents and submit proposals; paper proposals will not be accepted.
