Description
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting through MTA Construction & Development, is soliciting a project management consultant to provide comprehensive pre-construction, construction, and project closeout support for the design and renewal of Chambers Street Station and the Nassau Loop in Manhattan. The work is funded entirely through capital funds, with an estimated contract value of $10 million to $50 million. The contract term is 30 months. The solicitation includes subcontracting goals of 6% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, 15% for Minority-Owned Businesses, and 15% for Women-Owned Businesses. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held through Microsoft Teams.
