Description
Spotsylvania County Public Schools seeks a qualified K-12 communications firm to provide comprehensive communications and engagement support. The scope includes communications planning; written content such as social media, news releases, letters, blog posts, newsletters, and parent messages; proofreading and editing; graphic design for one-pagers, fact sheets, brochures, mailers, display boards, and social media; professionally scripted and edited video production; surveys and focus groups; website content updates and audits; ADA-compliant digital content support; 24/7/365 crisis communications; branding and logo development; administrator coaching; translation of up to 5,000 words per month; and a budget-planning process campaign. The initial engagement is a communications audit and planning process, followed by ongoing support for stakeholder communications and engagement. Respondents must provide qualifications, relevant K-12 or comparable public-sector experience, examples of relevant work, proposed personnel, at least three similar-work references with contact information, an approach addressing availability and crisis-response capabilities, and completed pricing for each service area. The anticipated initial term is one year, with possible successive renewals until the total contract spend reaches $199,999.99, whichever occurs sooner.
