Description
The Town of Westfield is soliciting qualifications through a fair and open process for engineering and design plans for a pedestrian plaza or pocket park at 200 South Avenue West. Specifications and instructions may be obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk or by email. The selected respondent will provide the requested plan for this public-space project. Sealed RFP/RFQ responses must be submitted to the Town Clerk at the Municipal Building and will be opened on October 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Respondents must comply with applicable affirmative-action and equal-employment requirements under N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
