Description
The Naval Air Systems Command is conducting market research for a ten-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle consolidating software and sustainment efforts for H-53, H-60, and Presidential helicopter platforms, including domestic and Foreign Military Sales fleets. The anticipated scope includes sustaining engineering, program management, logistics and product-support analysis, software and diagnostics development and sustainment, systems integration and testing, flight-test support, training, repairs, reliability improvements, configuration and obsolescence management, aircraft and training-device modifications, and deployed logistics, technical, and field-service support. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a request for proposals or a commitment to award a contract. Respondents must submit a capabilities statement of no more than 12 pages, single-spaced, using at least 12-point font. The statement must address company and business-size information, relevant corporate experience, staffing and management approach, technical capabilities, and applicable small-business status and performance capability. Responses may be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format by email.
