Description
Waverly Utilities is soliciting bids to furnish one SF6 circuit breaker in accordance with the project specifications and proposed contract. The equipment must be delivered by March 1, 2028; manufacturing may begin after contract execution. Bids must include bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount, provided as an eligible check, share draft, or bid bond. The successful bidder must furnish a corporate surety bond equal to 100% of the contract price, covering performance and payment obligations. Iowa resident bidder preference applies, and bidders must submit an executed Bidder Status Form.
