Description
The University of Michigan is soliciting a quote for one double-ended medium-voltage switchgear lineup with automatic throw-over, a main-tie-main arrangement, and a DC power plant to serve its Dearborn campus. The equipment will replace the existing switchgear at the Daniel Little Building. The supplier must provide detailed submittals for owner and architect/engineer review within two weeks of contract award, obtain approval from DTE Energy, manufacture the switchgear, and deliver it to a location within 50 miles of Dearborn, Michigan. The supplier must also coordinate with the installing contractor to provide startup, owner training, and operation and maintenance manuals. The installing contractor will receive and store the equipment and perform installation.
