Description
West Central Community School District is seeking bids for bundled internet access and associated transport at 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, or 2 Gbps. Bidders should identify the proposed connectivity type, whether an eligible bundled firewall is included, any ineligible charges, availability and cost of a public IPv4 address, and anticipated taxes and fees. Proposals must include the provider’s SPIN and a statement confirming willingness to provide Service Provider Invoicing (SPI). The provider must also be willing to perform turn-up testing and establish the initial connection at least 10 business days before service begins. The district requests pricing options for one-, three-, and five-year terms. The solicitation also requires compliance with applicable E-Rate pricing, equipment, and gift restrictions; proposals that are unrelated to the requested services or are considered robo-bids or spam may be disqualified.
