Description
The Army Contracting Command–Detroit Arsenal is conducting a sources-sought market research survey for potential production of the Hand Held Assay, NSN 6665-01-568-0616, part number 5-15-32277. The notice lists an estimated base quantity of 10,500 units or 175 boxes, with no option quantity, and states that first article testing is required. This is market research only, not a request for proposals or quotations, and the Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The attached survey requests information about vendors’ manufacturing capability, prior relevant contracts, production location and lead time, monthly production capacity, pricing, quality systems, commercial availability, and experience with first article testing.
