Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source contract to Globus Medical, Inc. for annual preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs of surgical equipment at the Manhattan and Brooklyn campuses of the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System. The equipment includes the ExcelsiusGPS robotic system and ExcelsiusE3D system. The stated performance period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with four option years. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive quotes. Firms believing they can meet the requirements may submit written notification with supporting evidence demonstrating their ability to perform the work. The agency may decide whether to compete the procurement at its discretion.
