Description
Monroe School District is seeking competitive bids for E-rate Category Two-eligible network equipment and services. The scope includes 27 PoE/PoE+/PoE++ switches (19 48-port and 8 24-port units, or equivalents), related software and licenses, and basic maintenance for switches. Vendors may bid on the complete scope or on either bid option. The second option is a 12-month renewal of a FortiGate Basic Firewall subscription or equivalent. Proposals must include taxes and use the provided Appendix D pricing sheet to identify eligible and ineligible costs separately. Evaluation considers price, compatibility with existing infrastructure, agency description, certifications, proposed contracts, references and past performance, manufacturer warranties, and reseller authorization.
