Description
Spartanburg County School District Six seeks a qualified, licensed, and insured low-voltage/security systems contractor to furnish and install a complete CCTV system at Anderson Mill Elementary School. The specified equipment includes thirteen Avigilon 2x3MP H6A dual-head cameras, one Avigilon NVR6 Form D 24TB recorder with five-year onsite next-business-day support, and thirteen camera licenses. The contractor must provide Cat6 cabling, mounting hardware, software licensing, configuration, integration with the district’s Avigilon environment, testing, commissioning, and as-built documentation. Substitution of the specified camera or recorder models requires prior written approval. The work also includes camera aiming, system testing, cleanup and restoration, and a minimum one-year workmanship warranty. Bidders must meet the stated licensing, insurance, manufacturer-authorization, reference, and personnel background-check requirements. The district intends to award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the minimum qualifications.
