Description
Bay District Schools is seeking a qualified registered architectural firm to provide design and construction administration services for interior and exterior renovations and refresh work at Arnold High School. The project includes HVAC and site improvements and is funded through a half-cent sales tax program. The design phase is planned to begin in 2026, although the overall project schedule is not firm. Interested firms must submit an unpriced proposal describing their qualifications, relevant experience, lead project architect, project team organizational chart, and existing workload. The required submission includes a letter of interest identifying the design team, Federal Standard Form 330, proof of professional liability insurance, the Bay District Schools Professional Consultant Information Form, and any other information that may assist evaluation. The district expects to shortlist at least three firms for in-person presentations. The contract will use an AIA template, with fees based on the Florida Department of Management Services curve.
