Description
The project involves roadway, water, and wastewater improvements to Chase Street serving an approximately 404-acre industrial site. Work includes asphalt roadway construction and milling and overlay, storm drainage, roadway striping and signage, a 12-inch water main, a 10-inch gravity wastewater line, and an 8-inch wastewater force main, along with associated appurtenances, erosion controls, and site work. The solicitation requires a South Carolina contractor license classification appropriate for the project and a bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. The work is to be completed within 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
