Description
The Ohio National Guard requires replacement components for its DirecTV-based cable television headend system, including four ZeeVee HDb2840-NA four-channel HDMI MPEG2 encoders, 16 DIRECTV H26 receivers, one DT-ATSC-QAM-8V2 off-air ATSC-to-QAM modulator, one DIRECTV SWM 30 line amplifier, and two DIRECTV H26 rack shelves. Equivalent equipment matching the stated specifications may be offered where permitted. The requirement also includes installation and integration into the existing cable headend and standalone coaxial distribution network. Work includes replacing existing ZeeVee 2540 modulators, programming the new DIRECTV receivers, replacing and programming off-air antenna modulators, configuring off-air channels within the DIRECTV lineup, installing rack shelves and SWM amplifiers as needed, and balancing outputs for the building distribution network. Equipment and installation are delivered to the Ohio Army National Guard Joint Force Headquarters facility.
