Princeville Community Unit School District 326 is soliciting proposals for dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Internet access for FY2027 at Princeville Grade School and Princeville Jr./Sr. High School. Vendors must provide pricing for both locations for 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps bandwidth options under 12-, 36-, and 60-month contract terms, with up to two optional one-year extensions. The two locations will be evaluated together, and a single vendor will be awarded both locations. Pricing must separately identify monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and special construction charges, with any ineligible costs and assumptions clearly disclosed. Price of eligible services is the primary evaluation factor. The bidder must complete the provided pricing worksheet and acknowledge requirements concerning service authorization, E-Rate compliance, fee disclosure, and pricing for both locations.
