Description
Amendment #10, dated 3 September 2026, updates the Common Very Low Frequency Receiver Increment 2 (CVRi2) Modernization Fair Opportunity Proposal Request by extending the proposal submission deadline to 19 October 2026 at noon Eastern Time. Eligibility remains restricted to awardees under Category 2 of the AFLCMC/XA IDIQ contract. The program seeks the design and rapid development of a production-ready, fully functional common very low frequency receiver and required ancillary support equipment. The system is intended to modernize legacy airborne and ground-based VLF systems and support Crypto Modernization-2 compliance, new waveforms, NSA certification, and Open Mission Systems capabilities. The Government anticipates awarding one or two delivery orders based on best value and available funding. The solicitation package contains controlled unclassified information, and access is restricted to Joint Certification Program-certified offerors.
