The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking applications for the expansion of Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) options statewide for children ages 10 to 18 who are in the legal care and custody of ODHS. QRTPs support children with a wide range of behavior and service needs. The agency is seeking applicants that have skill and expertise in serving children ages 10 to 18, who meet Behavior Rehabilitation Services Medicaid eligibility requirements, and who demonstrate one or more of the following behaviors or needs: significant externalizing aggressive behaviors, sexually harming behaviors, substance use, commercial sexual exploitation intervention and treatment needs, or complex behavior support needs. Successful applicants will provide integrated Medicaid reimbursable clinical supports based on the program treatment model and individualized needs of children served.
