Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services seeks meat, poultry, and fish for delivery to Torrance State Hospital from January through March 2027. Quantities are estimates and may change based on facility needs. Bidders must offer only the specified acceptable brands, package sizes, and codes, and products must meet the attached Pennsylvania specifications. Deliveries must be made on the specified dates between 8:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.; deliveries will not be made on state holidays. The facility may arrange alternate delivery dates as needed. Bidders must enter firm prices for all items and respond to all mandatory attributes. Awards will be made by lowest price per line item. The bid response must include the completed Reciprocal Limitations Form and Worker Protection Form.
