Description
The Genesee School District is soliciting a complete, code-compliant bleacher system with ten rows and seating for approximately 600 spectators. The scope includes design, engineering, sealed drawings and calculations, materials, delivery, labor, equipment, assembly, installation, inspections, testing, closeout documentation, operation and maintenance information, and manufacturer warranties. The installation is to be scheduled for completion before the 2027 football season. Bidders must provide separate pricing for demolition, removal, hauling, and disposal of the existing bleachers, and an alternate price for a concrete slab with subbase preparation. Concrete foundations and slabs are excluded from the base bid; a press box and grading/site restoration are excluded from the bid package. The proposal must include the completed bid form, pricing, proposed schedule, anticipated lead times, and clarifications and exclusions.
