Description
Bentley Community Schools is soliciting bids for a complete fencing system for a new baseball field at Bentley High School. The work includes furnishing, delivering, and installing a black-coated chain-link backstop with overhead extension, first- and third-baseline fencing, and fencing for the home and visiting dugouts, including gates and associated posts, framing, hardware, footings, and anchoring systems. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment; verify field measurements and fence locations; coordinate with the owner and other contractors; protect existing improvements and utilities; and clean up and repair any damage caused by the work. Materials must be new, commercial-grade, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for outdoor use. Bidders must submit the attached bid form with total pricing, fencing specifications, and anticipated installation and completion dates, along with the required manufacturer’s written guarantees, cashier’s check equal to 5% of the total bid, Familial Relationship Disclosure, and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification. Work may begin after award and authorization and must be completed by December 31, 2026, weather permitting.
