Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court Clerk's Office is seeking a contractor to provide business card printing on an as-needed basis under a purchase order. Cards must be 2 inches by 3.5 inches, printed on white 14-point uncoated card stock with one-sided raised black lettering. Pricing is requested for quantities of 250, 500, and 1,000 cards per order. The contractor must provide proofs for review and approval before production, include any necessary artwork costs, and include shipping, handling, and inside delivery on a prepaid, destination basis. Finished products must be delivered within 10 business days of each order, excluding holidays. The contract term is one year from the confirmed purchase order date and does not automatically renew; purchases will be made only as needed.
