Description
The County of Kaua'i is soliciting proposals for comprehensive flight maintenance and support for one County helicopter assigned to the Kaua'i Fire Department. The contractor must manage and furnish the necessary mechanics, inspectors, manuals, parts, petroleum products, fuel, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, library, appurtenances, and incidentals, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and fueling. Offerors must complete the County's Schedule F wage certificate. The solicitation requires electronic sealed proposals through the Public Purchase System, and vendors must register with the agency before responding. Hawai'i Compliance Express documentation will be obtained before award.
