Description
Wilder School District is soliciting proposals for the restoration, excavation, repair, materials, and labor for interior drain lines at Mercer Hall, a multi-level building constructed in 1940. The cast iron drain lines have degenerated, making restrooms and sinks unusable. The scope includes excavating and replacing concrete for access, cleaning and descaling pipes, camera inspection, and providing a comprehensive restoration plan. The contractor must also provide detailed as-built drawings, cap unused lines, and ensure compliance with Idaho building codes and IAPMO-approved materials. The project covers drain lines from main level restrooms, custodial rooms, basement areas, and an outside ramp drain. A pre-bid site visit can be arranged by contacting Jeff Jones.
