Description
The district seeks a contractor to design, supply, and install a three-room walk-in cooler/freezer combination with shared walls and cam-lock panels. The specified configuration includes one freezer with a floor and two coolers without floors, along with single and sliding doors, LED fixtures, and heat vents. Drawings provide the layout and measurements. The work includes labor, electrical and plumbing work, wall cladding, freight, startup, commissioning, and any required training. Proposals must include power-consumption information for each unit and specify a minimum one-year parts-and-labor warranty. The contractor is also responsible for applicable permits, coordination, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
