Description
The Sabine Council on Aging is soliciting sealed bids for the interior renovation of an existing building to create a new commercial kitchen, along with construction of a new parking lot. The project is classified as building construction and is identified as Architect’s Project No. 26-103. Bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference to submit a bid and must hold the appropriate Louisiana contractor license. Bids require security equal to 5% of the base bid plus all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or compliant bid bond. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds in accordance with state law.
