Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking 10 new approved detectors for aircraft, identified by NSN 6685-01-138-6710, part number 1122177, and alternate part number 4053T73P01. The agency may order up to 10 additional units at the same price and lead time for up to 365 days after the initial award. Alternate parts may be proposed only if approved by Medium Range Recovery Engineering and if they satisfy the original parts' form, fit, function, and approved aircraft configuration requirements. Offerors must confirm that they will provide a Certificate of Conformance and must provide manufacturer traceability and applicable certification demonstrating that the parts are new, approved, airworthy, and suitable for installation on U.S. Coast Guard aircraft. Required documentation may include FAA Form 8130-3 or 8130-4, an EASA Form 1, Certificate of Conformance, and PMA documentation. Quotations must state delivery, FOB terms, and any shipping cost if FOB origin; delivery is evaluated based on the number of days after award.
