Description
The authority seeks a contractor for bus shelter and amenity installation, removal, and related construction. Work includes shelter and kiosk foundations; installation and removal of shelters, benches, trash cans, bike racks, and bus stop signs; and associated sidewalk, curb, ramp, drainage, grading, sod, retaining wall, and lighting work. The pricing schedule also includes transportation, emergency removals, night work, and other specialty work, with quantities subject to change based on business needs. The award is a firm-fixed-price, not-to-exceed contract with an initial three-year term and four one-year renewal options. The pricing schedule covers the initial term and each option year.
