Description
CityBus (Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation) is seeking a consultant or consultant team for an on-call professional services contract covering funding strategy, grant readiness assessments, competitive and formula grant application development, budget and technical documentation, grant administration, reporting, reimbursement support, closeout, and regulatory compliance. The work will support federal, state, regional, local, and private funding opportunities, including transportation-related programs, and CityBus initiatives such as fleet modernization, facility improvements, technology investments, passenger amenities, and capital and operational priorities. Services will be authorized through individual task assignments on an as-needed basis. The consultant will also provide technical guidance concerning federal and state grant requirements, procurement compliance, Uniform Guidance, FTA requirements, Buy America and BABA, civil rights, Title VI, DBE, ADA, internal compliance reviews, audits, corrective actions, and development of grant-management tools and processes. Proposals require a separate pricing submission with fully burdened hourly rates and representative fixed-fee services; pricing must not be included in the technical proposal.
