Description
The City of Miami Beach is seeking a qualified transportation provider to deliver turnkey shuttle services during Art Week on an as-needed basis. The scope includes passenger shuttle vehicles, qualified drivers, on-site supervision, vehicle tracking, communications, replacement vehicles, temporary branding and signage coordination, and all other personnel, equipment, and resources required for safe and continuous operations. Service is anticipated to include South Beach and Mid Beach routes connecting the Miami Beach Convention Center and Art Basel area with major Art Week destinations. The City may vary routes, stops, operating hours, frequencies, vehicle quantities, and vehicle types each year, and does not guarantee any minimum quantity, service hours, days, or expenditure. Bidders must provide at least four vehicles in each listed category, model year 2022 or newer, and demonstrate at least three comparable large-scale special-event shuttle projects completed within the previous five years. The initial agreement is three years, with either one two-year renewal or two one-year renewals at the City's discretion; subcontracting is prohibited.
