Description
Cardinal Hayes High School is requesting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Category 2 licenses, including one-year subscriptions for its existing applicant-owned Aruba wireless access points. Wireless access point hardware is not requested, and partial offers will not be considered. Equivalent makes or models may be proposed only with supporting specifications and documentation establishing functional and technical equivalence. The proposal must include all associated costs, including licenses, shipping, and components needed for the proposed solution. Pricing must be provided in the supplied Pricing Attachment in Excel or an equivalent format, with unit pricing by SKU, E-Rate eligibility percentages, and categorization under Internal Connections, Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections, and/or Managed Internal Broadband Services. The intended contract term is April 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028, with one optional renewal if needed to align with an extended E-Rate service delivery deadline. No separate maintenance or managed broadband services beyond the requested licensing for existing equipment should be proposed.
