Description
The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center, is conducting market research to identify additional sources for commercially available 28VDC power supplies used in Electronic Shop Vans and Transportable Electronic Maintenance Shops. The supplies must convert 60 Hz, 120/208 VAC, three-phase input power to 28VDC output power and serve as equal form, fit, and function substitutes for the existing units. Replacement equipment must interface with existing electrical cables and fit the designated electrical-rack compartment without custom development. Respondents must provide equipment specifications and technical documentation demonstrating equivalence to the identified parts, complete the contractor questionnaire, and provide company, CAGE code, and technical-contact information. The questionnaire requests company capabilities, relevant past performance, engineering qualifications, testing experience, obsolescence-management practices, delivery capability, pricing and contract-type preferences, and supply-chain information. Respondents may also be invited to bring replacement units to Tobyhanna Army Depot for an industry-day electrical and mechanical inspection; the date will be announced later. This is a sources-sought market survey for planning purposes only, not a request for quote or proposal, and no contract award or reimbursement is intended under this notice.
