Description
The contractor will perform four quarterly service visits to pump and clean three 12,000-gallon and two 6,000-gallon grease interceptors, remove all solid waste, and dispose of waste at a Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment-approved facility. Disposal must be manifested. Work includes confined-space entry where needed, following applicable safety permits and policies; contractor staff entering the interceptors must be trained in confined-space entry. The contractor must be registered with the State of Colorado to transport waste grease, and hauling trucks must have current state registration. Current liability and equipment insurance and proof of state registration are required, with documentation supplied at the Government's request. Each visit must be completed within four days. Services are scheduled by mutual agreement and performed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Quotes must include applicable fees, transit, disposal, consumables, and materials. Award is a single firm-fixed-price purchase order using a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation; offerors must meet or exceed the Statement of Objective and be actively registered in SAM.gov.
