Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District is seeking a firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build contractor for maintenance construction at the Fort Eustis Dredge Material Management Area. The work includes raising and regrading disposal-site berms from approximately 34 feet to an elevation of 36 feet, relocating two existing spill boxes approximately 50–60 feet into the disposal site, and regrading the existing dirt and stone access ramp to meet the new top-of-berm elevation. The estimated construction magnitude is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 237990. Bidders must submit the completed and signed SF 1442, signed SF 30 forms for applicable amendments, the completed Bid Schedule, and a Bid Guarantee through the PIEE Solicitation Module. The apparent low bidder may be required to provide responsibility and definitive responsibility criteria information, including qualifying construction experience involving military installations or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, marshy or wet environments, and the movement, placement, and compaction of more than 6,000 cubic yards of fill material. Amendment 0006 extends the bid deadline to December 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST and the public bid opening to December 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST.
