Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management, is accepting bids for plugging and plating five orphan wells in Goshen and Beaver Townships, Mahoning County. The scope includes mobilization, access and well-site development, drilling or cleaning out and plugging the wells, storage and disposal of generated materials, decommissioning and removal of casing, tubing, well and production equipment and affiliated lines, and restoration of disturbed areas. Bidders must be active on CSP900922 (DAS Index No. MAC110), attend the mandatory pre-bid site visit, and be in good standing with the Division and other agency projects. The project is federally funded and carries additional federal compliance requirements. The solicitation lists fixed-price items including mobilization, demobilization, clearing and grubbing, erosion-control materials, stone, road and timber mats, earthwork, site safety, absorbent booms, secondary containment, electric-box relocation and permits, and professional mud-engineer services.
