Description
Lowellville Local School District is soliciting proposals for two dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Category One Internet Access and Transport circuits serving its elementary and high schools at the same campus. Each circuit must be priced at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 Gbps, with a 24-month contract term only; proposals offering other terms will be disqualified. The solution must include all equipment, facilities, installation, configuration, testing, activation, licensing, maintenance, monitoring, and support needed for an operational service. The district prefers leased lit fiber or a functionally equivalent technology and requires an enforceable service-level agreement addressing availability, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation, maintenance, service credits, outage reporting, and performance reporting. Proposals must include detailed recurring, non-recurring, special construction, installation, configuration, shipping, tax, warranty, and licensing costs, along with required provider and E-Rate compliance information.
