Description
Lowellville Local School District is soliciting proposals for dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Category One Internet access and transport for Lowellville K-12 School. The solution must provide two separate circuits—one for the elementary school and one for the high school—with pricing for each circuit at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 Gbps. The required contract term is exactly 24 months; proposals offering any other term will be disqualified. Pricing must separately identify monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and special construction charges, including any provider-supplied equipment or service components necessary to deliver the service. Vendors must identify assumptions, exceptions, and any ineligible costs. The district will evaluate bids with price of eligible services as the most heavily weighted factor and will execute a written contract before filing the applicable funding request.
