Description
The Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration, through Custom Group, LLC, is soliciting sealed bids for repairs at the Alturas de Vega Baja public housing development. The scope includes replacement of a roof treatment system covering approximately 14,966 square feet, exterior painting of approximately 18,200 square feet across nine one-story residential houses and one administration building, and potential environmental mitigation for lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials if testing confirms their presence. The procurement is federally funded through FEMA and CDBG-DR. Bidders must provide a bid guarantee equal to 5% of the base bid, valid for 90 days, and must maintain active SAM registration. The awarded contractor must comply with applicable Davis-Bacon labor standards and HUD Section 3 requirements.
