Description
The Department of the Interior intends to award a Federal Supply Schedule task order on a labor-hour basis for Automated Manual Processes support services for the development, configuration, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting of the proprietary eCase workflow tool, version 10 or higher. The tool includes approximately 30 heavily customized applications supporting multiple Office of Inspector General divisions and specialized oversight processes. The notice identifies AINS, LLC dba OPEXUS as the only capable source because of its proprietary technology, specialized eCase expertise, existing support history, and current GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract. The planned period consists of a 12-month base period followed by two 12-month option periods.
