West Virginia Correctional Industries is seeking a vendor for a one-time purchase covering installation of the die and associated parts, testing, examinations, adjustments, and maintenance of a Rouselle Model 6A blanking press used for license plate manufacturing. The vendor may also need to train one to three agency personnel on equipment settings after repair or installation and must obtain written approval before performing additional work or supplying additional parts. The response must include pricing for service, labor, travel, and the listed parts. Parts must be new unless the agency approves remanufactured parts in writing, and shipping is included in the quoted price. Vendors must provide proof of OEM/factory training or at least three years of blanking-press service and repair experience. Delivery of parts and services is required within 15 working days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed.
